Keith joined EIC in 2005, and directs the overall strategy and operation of the company. Having lived, worked, and travelled in various parts of the world, Keith was a natural fit to lead the company into its second decade. Prior to joining EIC, Keith practiced as a corporate attorney for 10 years, first with Holland & Knight LLP in Washington, DC, and then with the PGA TOUR in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Florida College of Law.

Ross joined the company in 2002, after graduating from the Nottingham Trent University in the UK with a First in BSc (Hons) Business and Technology. Ross has lived all around the world including LA, New York, Boston, London, Hong Kong, Florida, and now Leipzig, Germany. Ross describes his work at EIC as "a jack of all trades" doing lots of web work, marketing and partner relations, while heading up the insurance business unit.

Emil joined EIC in 2006 as the Director of Technology. Previous to that, he had worked in Silicon Valley for over 15 years for some of the biggest software and hardware companies in the world, including Borland International, Apple, Motorola, and Novell. His job at EIC consists of developing robust web server applications, designing new websites and using the latest technology to enhance the online presence of EIC.

Don joined EIC in early 2011 as the Director of Sales. Don’s background includes selling media, television, sponsorships, internet advertising and social media marketing. After college, he spent 10 years at WeatherBug, the number two most visited weather destination on the web, where he worked his way up to Director of Sales. He is a graduate of Florida State University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Meteorology.

Madelene joined EIC in late 2012. In addition to her degree in International Public Relations and Communications from Pace University Lubin School of Business Madelene has a broad background in marketing having worked at high growth entrepreneurial firms to large corporations in Sweden and the US spanning multiple industries. Madelene’s expertise includes the areas of direct marketing, Web site optimization, budgetary and ROI analysis, and creative talents.

Annemarie joined the company in early 2008 and has transformed the customer service department into a model of efficiency and responsiveness. Annemarie's experience working with international businesses and people provides her with unique insight into the needs and concerns of the international students, travelers, and advisors she talks with every day. She also directs much of the outbound marketing of the company, and represents EIC at various international education conferences.

Jennifer joined EIC in the beginning of 2009, drawn by her strong commitment to international education. She has lived and worked abroad in Chile, Costa Rica, and London, and traveled extensively in South America, Europe and Asia. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Florida where she holds a Masters in International Business and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.

Dana joined EIC in early 2011. She has been developing web sites and dynamic applications since 1996 and is passionate about providing a friendly and engaging online experience for every user. Dana is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Architecture.

Mac joined EIC in early 2013. He spent the previous eight years running his own business, designing websites and building applications. Prior to that, Mac worked as a software developer with Yahoo. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems.

Paul joined EIC in February 2013 and for the past nine years has worked as a front-end developer and designer creating websites for businesses and academia. Originally from Canton, Ohio, Paul is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where he received a Masters degree in Music Technology.

Apinant joined EIC in 2010. Originally from Thailand, Apinant grew up in the United States and has extensive international experience travelling throughout Asia, Australia, North America and Europe. He has lived, studied and worked abroad in China, England, Taiwan and Thailand. Apinant is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Masters in International Business and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.

Bryanna joined EIC in 2011 after returning to the United States from teaching English in China. Her interest in international education, sparked initially by her own study abroad experience in Wales, led her to the company. Bryanna is originally from Missouri and is a graduate from the University of Central Missouri.

Victoria came to work with EIC in January 2012. She has had the opportunity to live and study around the world, including Germany, Poland, and China. A native of Wyoming, Victoria received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming, her MBA from the University of North Florida and her Master's of Intercultural Communication from Fachhochschule Köln, in Cologne, Germany.

Morrison joined EIC in early 2012. Originally from Hong Kong, he came to the United States to study as an international student. Morrison is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor in International Business.

Meredith joined EIC in February 2013. Her college career has been concentrated in Marketing with a graduation date of Spring 2013 from the University of North Florida. During her Summer 2012 semester she was chosen by the faculty of UNF’s Coggin College of Business to participate in a Study Abroad program where she attended the Cologne University of Applied Sciences in Germany, studying International Trade and European Management.
