At Envisage International we work hard on a daily basis to ensure that students around the globe are as prepared as possible to make their international journey a success. However, we also work hard to help make the world a little bit of a better place in other ways. Below are a few of the initiatives that we’re proud to have been a part of.
As an organization on a mission to provide every child with access to a quality education, School the World (STW) helps build schools, classroom libraries, and train teachers in developing countries. In 2018 we took our first trip to Guatemala to help build a school through STW’s corporate program, and we are honored for the opportunity to continue these efforts in upcoming years. Envisage International Corporation (EIC) donates half the funds needed to make this project a possibility, and the EIC Guatemala team fundraises for the remaining portion. Along with monetary support the EIC Guatemala team will donate their time and hard work, and leave behind a new school. School the World is changing lives for the better by providing access to quality education and we are excited to be a part of this initiative. We are pleased to give back to our community each year by working alongside future homeowners through Habitat for Humanity. By donating our time and wo(man) power we are able and honored to be a part of the Habitat for Humanity mission and help provide individuals with a place to call home. Whether we’re painting, hammering, sawing, or caulking we’re glad to be a part of this initiative. Getting “locked-up” with MDA helps provide awareness around the topic of Muscular Dystrophy while raising funds for research. We were pleased to have two members of the Envisage International Corporation (EIC) team “locked-up” and fundraise for bail in 2015.
In 2014 we pursued a mission of spreading holiday cheer to a local senior citizen community. Members of the EIC team coordinated the pairing of each senior with a community volunteer who then donated a gift. Our team then organized and delivered each gift to the community. Nearly 100 senior citizens received holiday gifts from this effort.
In celebration of national J-Day Cultural Vistas hosted a “Spread the Love” event. We are pleased to have sponsored this event where participants made 1,000 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for Martha’s Table, a Washington D.C. nonprofit organization.
We are proud to support this conference and the overall mission through our financial donation. The Greenheart Global Leaders Conference helps international exchange visitors develop their global leadership skills by increasing their understanding of American culture, volunteering, and creating action plans for global leadership.
