Account Manager

If you want full-time work from home, this isn’t the job for you. We are operating on a hybrid schedule.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people. Duties and Responsibilities

Job responsibilities will be varied, but will include:
  • Manage all aspects of account management including:
    • New client onboarding and integration
    • Monitoring and tracking of current client fulfillment
    • Strengthen partnerships by providing assistance and guidance
    • Retain current clients and drive their renewal process
  • Work with other members of the team to successfully carry out obligations
  • Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar discipline
  • Obtain a FL 2-15 life, health and annuities license within 90 days of being hired
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to execute and manage multiple clients simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
