International Marketing and Customer Service Rep.

Envisage International Corporation has an immediate opening for a full-time International Marketing and Customer Service Rep in its Neptune Beach office. This is an entry-level position that offers tremendous opportunity for growth and professional development. We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience, plus a sizable annual bonus, 401k plus company match, company-paid health insurance, including vision, dental, life and disability insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer service phone calls, emails, live chat and other support services
  • Day-to-day support of our insurance operations
  • Communicating with international student advisors, study abroad advisors and international students
  • Traveling to various national conferences to do presentations and educate attendees on our products and services
  • A variety of other duties related to marketing and supporting our insurance clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with an interest in international education
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Additional languages and any international or internet experience are also helpful
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment where you will have to learn and adapt on the fly
